Often with Amazon and all the 3rd party sellers you never know if you are going to get the genuine article. My old mop pads had stretched out and turned grey. And the velcro on the mop pad holders had worn out. But the price for the replacements was reasonable. So I figured for the price, what the hell. These replacement parts are exactly like the one's that came with my Narwal originally. It didn't turn out to be a waste of money. And my mop pads have stopped coming off inside the base station when being washed.

They don't have to be replaced often but will collect hair and get tangled.

I notice that i sneeze a lot more when the vacuum is running than with the original filter but the maker is sold out and these were affordable.

Dust bin never fills and dust gets stuck in filter and have to empty it out every 10 min. Going to have to buy again from another retailer
