These have a good flat base , I used a helical jig and the feather base had great contact with the arrow ! I’ve shot them several times and they are holding up very well ! Will buy more ! Also the two color scheme is nice !

The good-- Can be used for either straight or helical fletching- Feathers are of high quality, arrows fly very straight- Decently consistent weights- within 1gr of each other- Good price- 15 for 25 5" feathers makes 8 arrowsThe bad-- Weak dye, any moisture can easily disrupt the colors on the feathers

Very consistent and nicely shaped turkey feather vanes for your arrows, but as you can see in one of my pictures I accidentally touched one with a little glue on my fingers and the color smeared a bit onto the white area. Just gotta be careful not to touch them with the glue except on the edge that you're gluing.If you don't have a fletching jig like I do, use the old trick of putting a rubberband around two rulers, then you insert each vane between the rulers right up to the edge, which keeps it straight. It makes it easy to glue them on. You still have to figure out how to mark the spot where they go so they are evenly spaced.Excellent vanes, reasonably priced. There's enough for 8 arrows in the package.
