2 of the end lock poles at foot of bed that locks foot in doesn’t work and it won’t unlock so I can move it they are stuck and won’t unlock. , the size is too long and I ordered queen which is what my bed is.

It comes apart and didn’t fit my king size like it said it would. You need a drill to put it together because it has to be drilled into the base of your bed. It does the job though

I am changing my review to 5 stars because of the wonderful customer service I received. Initially I was disappointed because this product could not fit our slatted bed even though it was advertised that it could. Yes, this product needs to be drilled into the bed frame for proper stability even though that is not mentioned. We had to drill it into our wooden bedframe that was just BARELY wide enough to hold the pieces together. DO NOT BUY if you have a METAL, slatted bed because this will not work for you. For now, it serves its purpose for co-sleeping with a crawling baby and I feel safer with it. This was the best solution I could find besides just getting a floor bed, which I should have done instead.

I had a mechanic that can fix just about anything put this system together. The information provided for the product said there were no tools needed. Well, the rails need to be screwed into the bed frame which I did not purchase it to do. This requires holes be drilled in the bedframe! What??? And there were no screws and the directions were not helpful. I didn't expect I had to change the bedframe. As such, we tried to make it work without attaching the frame to the bedframe w screws, and there is no way any child would be safe. I'm pretty good at sorting out reviews and choosing products that work, but this was a VERY BIG mistake. The height of the rails was primarily why I bought this as my child has CP and needs the protection but attaching them to the new bedframe was a major disappointment.

This product was easy to assemble. It came with a QR Code as well as instructions to help you assemble it. I bought this item for my daughter‘s queen size bed to help prevent our dogs from getting on her bed. Absolutely love this product!
