3mirrors Rear A/C Block Off Kit Line Terminator Compatible with 1996-1999 Chevy Suburban Tahoe GMC Yukon Auxiliary, Upgraded HNBR O Rings

3mirrors Rear A/C Block Off Kit

There is not a need for any modification of the front air conditioning lines. Simply disconnect the rear lines under the hood and install the kit. This allows for front air conditioning operation without the loss of refrigerant from the rear lines or evaporator. Thus, making it unnecessary to absorb the costly replacement of the rear air conditioning lines or evaporator. The result is quality cold air from the front a/c system. Well made, come with o rings and basic instructions.

These threaded in to start but very hard to tighten down after started. Seems like thread pitch is off slightly

Pulled my rear A/C and heat core to turn my suburban into a work truck. Popped this in and now I've got A/C up front again!

Extremely easy to install, Yes you are paying a few dollars for just plugs but you can’t be the fact they fit perfect and saves you headaches my AC line was stripped from the rear to the cold line outlet this blocked it off and continued the ability to run AC just what I need

they DID fit, but something about the threads was... off... didnt damage anything but they were very difficult to torque down. No crossthreading, and size and threads matched what was there.. but something about them was off. Also did not use the rings it came with as they're too small. Used green rings that came in a ring and seal kit from auto parts store.

Took a little more force to tighten it over spec but once I got the Freon to stop leaking it worked perfect

This block-off kit worked as it was supposed to. Just make sure you buy the proper O-rings as the ones supplied with the kit aren't sized correctly and only the green ones should be used with R134 refrigerant.

The plugs were fine as advertised and fit perfectly into a/c lines. However, the o-rings that were included with the kit were too thin and were not the green colored a/c o-rings typical for such applications. Neither o-ring sealed properly and i had to buy the correct o-rings at a auto parts store. Once they were installed the plugs worked fine.
