I got this stick primarily to use on a tripod for extra height. For that it works well. There is a hole on the bottom to attach to a tripod as well as a screw on top for the camera. It comes with the traditional GoPro mount. The stick is pretty light and you can make numerous adjustments to the height due to the number of sections on this stick. The one downside to the selfie stick is there are no controls to control the camera or phone like most selfie sticks these days.

I like the 10 ft length of this selfie stick. It's very lightweight and easy to hold. It is easy to extend and and collapses just as easily. It's a bit pricey but worth it if you need the length.
