This item says 12-pack. The physical item is a 2 pack. I was expecting 12x 2-packs... or at least 6x 2-packs. I got one (1) 2-pack for $25. These are worth $1-$2 each, not $12.50 each. I run into this problem with Amazon about 4-5 times a year. I no longer just return and reorder because they are mis-stocked and I will get the same thing again (as can be seen with other reviews). I was fine with 0000 Steel Wool pads. Steel Wool pads rust (I use mine with alcohol to clean my 3D printer print plate... 99% alcohol, so the steel wood does not rust). I did not keep this item nor did I replace it, so I don't know if it also has the rusting problem.

Ive used these in the past and they are great. But price was for 12 pads, and I only received 2. I attempted to resolve via Amazon Return Robot but was directed to "contact the manufacturer". 3M didnt package this at the Amazon warehouse --- Amazon did. So now I have to process a return for an item that I was perfectly happy with (and only wanted them to send the other 10 i was due), and re-order, hoping that they get it right the next time.
