Are use this to flash windows and doors on a total rehab, a little bit messy but excellent product

I used this for bonding EPDM rubber boots to an EPDM membrane on a water-tight deck project. It's easy to use and has done its part to keep the underside of the deck dry. I tried it on some scrap and it bonds very well.

Use this product in my business frequently, holds great and last a long time. don't use on on something temporary.
