All abrasive products that rotate or spin, such as the ones in this category, have a maximum speed at which you can run them. This 3M quick change disc can be run at a maximum speed of 6000. I was expecting it to do a better job, I could hand sand just as quick. Also arbor that you put in drill or what other tool you are using is made of plastic, I don’t think it will last long, not sturdy
