The connector that plugs into the radio only goes in one way. I plugged this replacement battery in and immediately smelled something burning. Plus the battery pack got hot. It was incorrectly wired. Returning this POS

Not the correct connector for the Eton FRX-3, however I was still able to plug it in. I had to make sure to orient the black wire on top. It's charging right now, we'll see in a few hours if it holds a charge. I will update my review later based on whether it holds a charge.

Battery will fit in the compartment, but the connector is wrong and wired backwards.
