This does NOt fit iphone 5s! Pin connectors don’t match up on old and new batteries and it won’t snap into place on 5s board obviously! I happened to have a 5c iphone… the connector does fit the 5C. So not sure how any battery advertising it can fit both 5c AND 5s…. Can possibly be telling the truth as the pin connectors are different for the two phones!

I am a purchasing consumer.This review is not based on a free review sample.>No problems at all with this battery in my old iPhone 5C.>I have been using it for a week without any issues.>I use my 5C as an ipod / media player>The only used one adhesive strip though, positioned in the center. Two strips is way too much for a battery this small.

I just wanted to use my old phone for a music device but the battery was dead. The kit and some online instructional videos allowed me to put in a new battery. The screws are tiny, so you have to work carefully not to lose them. I was able the replace the old battery and now my old iphone 5 works.

Pulled up YouTube video in addition to the (enlarged on my printer) included instructions. We didn’t feel the need to completely remove the faceplate, less little snaps to reattach. Took us about 15 minutes, please note the goldish colored tool is to help hold the little tiny screwdrivers.My 5C is only used for scorekeeping at grandsons baseball games so now I don’t have to have it constantly plugged into to a battery anymore!! YAY!

I have only had this battery installed for a week so keep that in mind. does not come with instructions but lots of good videos available online that are probably better anyway. Battery fits and has the correct connector for my iPhone 5S. Phone powered up with about 60% charge initially, but I charged it before using. After charging to 100%, it was down to 20% after 5 days. Very light use, and no cellular use. I think that if it were used regularly, it would be on par with the old battery. Worth the price to resurrect an old device for limited use anyway

I selected this battery because it is LISTED having more mAh (milliamp hours) than the original battery. The 3 year old original was getting to be too short lived to be convenient, would drop from 100% to 30% in 4 hours on standby, no calling, texting or anything. The new battery is a slight improvement but still does not maintain a charge as long as it should.
