I got these for a project where I am using 1” ID DOM tubing. I expected minor clean up to get them to fit together but the adaptors measure 1.050”. I assume they are cut for 1” pipe, not tube. Still a decent heim joint, comes with everything pictured plus grease boots. Just be ware they’ll need some extra work to fit 1” ID tubing.

I have been using the Various Sizes of Hanrose Heim Joints for a very long time, I ordered the Hanrose 5/8" Heim Joints to Replace the 5/8" Heim Joints that were Definitely Poor Quality Knockoffs. The Difference Between Quality Heim Joints Like the Hanrose's Full Lineup is Night and Day!Installing the Fully Adjustable Hanrose 5/8" Heim Joints is Straightforward, the Welded Joints are Strong. Much beefier than expected! These Heim joints are over built for extreme toughness. Took some measurements as a supplement to the engineering drawing on the item page. Plan to take one of these up to my local hardware store and find some kind of pipe that will work for my application.Again, about 3-4x tougher than my application calls for so will likely purchase a smaller set of joints for that purpose. This will be a great tester to learn the process.

I'm building a lifting bed for my camper van using four linear actuators and needed a flexible coupling between the bed frame and the actuators. These are doing the job. They're probably 20 times as strong as needed, but there's nothing wrong with overkill. As the bed goes up and down the angle and distance change slightly, using these joints allows self-adjustment and keeps the actuators from binding. Great little units at a good price.

I’ve seen my share of view joints and these seem comparable to some of the very fabulous ones I’ve seen in my life. I’ve had a good time with these Heims. The shaft these are on will definitely get blown before these ever do. It’s never a bad Heim with a blown shaft is what I say. Good stuff! Came with both right and left side and all the hardware expertly packaged.
