Very Functional works for my tax shotgunReviewTacticool straps that aren't big enough for anythingExterior pockets are decent sized, but the zippered tops limit the size a littleBackpack straps are kind of useless. As a backpack the top of the case is on the back of my headBig useless full length pocket under the backpack strapsInterior gun hold straps are a bit short. I added 3" of Velcro I had laying around. Perfect sizeThe gun straps to the front of the case rather than the backpack straps side

Initial thoughts: The case is as described. The material is similar to materials used on luggage and therefore appears durable. The zippers are of a quality to be expected at this price point and operate smoothly. There are several pockets of assorted sizes and there are a great many straps which provide versatility in carrying options. Actually, there are almost too many straps. I have found myself somewhat tangled in them. While the case cannot offer protection of a hard case, for normal daily transport too and from the range it is way more than adequate. If I had any complaints, it would be that I would like to see one more strap in the rifle portion of the case and for those straps to be longer, and padded.I will order more of these in the future.

First off, If you are expecting quality on the level of Ruger or Savoir, you are not going to get that at this price point, that said, you will get a completely SERVICEABLE bag of sufficient quality to protect your firearm in a local transport scenario. There is ample storage for accessories, and if the correct size is chosen a decent fit. The "Not So Good" the seams on the accessory pockets are often poorly executed, the interior straps for securing your firearm are placed "Wonkily" I personally found them useless & removed them with a sharp blade. The plastic furniture, i.e. Buckles, clasps, and cinches are lower quality. The "Good" the bag MAIN seams & zippers are sturdy enough, and the base material pretty decent. Overall, for the price, these bags can't be Beat ... IMHO.

I bought this gun caring case for my son and his new AR 15. I will say if you have the money step up to one of the other brands it is very thin. I had to put the material that came in the box with the new AR inside the case to give it more support and after doing so it was fine he doesn’t get a chance to go out to the range as much, so I don’t anticipate any problem with this and for the price I gave it five stars he’s gonna take the bag out maybe two times a year in public

I needed a cheap rifle case with backpack capability. I got 50% of that.As a case, it's acceptable. The main compartment has two Velcro straps to hold a rifle in place, and they are just about perfectly located for my usage. The width is perfect; the length too long but it's the shortest one they offered. There is a nylon strap which serves as a vertical handle, and a better side carry handle. There is padding, but not much. There is a strange zippered/drawstring flap at one end which I'm not sure what it is for. Possibly to allow you to carry a longer rifle with some minimal protection to the muzzle. It's pretty much out of the way, so I won't worry about it.The backpack straps are horrible. There is too much adjustment above the "padded" parts, so you have to tighten it all the way to the top to get the "padded" parts onto your shoulder. The bottom straps have not much adjustment, so with the top cinched up, you can't use the straps. The "pads" are not so much padded as just "wider". Oh, and the straps pull the top of the case so it presses against your head.It has "compression" straps which are of limited use.The secondary pocket is about the same as the main pocket, again with two Velcro straps to keep things in place, but I don't see them as being useful. Unless it was long enough to use both straps, I would not put a gun or anything damageable in this pocket. Or at least expect it to be held in place by either strap. The zipper pulls for both the primary and secondary pocket are dual, and have holes in the end, so a lock could be applied to either pocket. There are 2 nice zippered pockets for small items. Each has a strap sown onto the front, so could hold a long, thin item, but why? Two more small pockets have a Velcro flap. One of them has a divider down the center. It is likely that none of the front 4 pockets would hold even a 20 round magazine. There is a zipper on the back side which allow access to a thin, full length pocket. It would be hard to find things in it, pretty much all I'd use it for would be to store the backpack straps. As a case, it's worth the price, so far at least. As a backpack, it's useless, but I may be able to add enough length to the straps to make them usable.
