The flat design of the felt protects is good if the legs fit flat to the floor. However, my chair legs are slightly angled, and the edges catch on the floor so the the slide isn’t smooth.

This is an honest review from a real person. I didn’t pay for the item, so I will only comment on the apparent quality and utility, not on the value. Prices fluctuate regularly and I recommend shopping around and comparing what’s available to get your best deal on the date you decide to buy.These chair leg floor protectors are made of a clear silicone material with felt pads glued on the bottom. They are a large size and the silicone cup stretches to fit chair legs between 1 and 2 inches. When stretched over the chair leg they fit snugly and don’t come off or appear to shift with use. The felt pads help minimize noise and prevent scuffs on the floor and the clear silicone makes them a little harder to notice on the chair leg.The one thing they do that I didn’t expect is they make moving the chairs a little easier because they help slide across the floor. I’m not sure how well they’d fit on a chair with square legs (mine are round), but you might be able to stretch them around a square.4 stars.I rate products according to the following scale:1 Star: Do not buy. Very poor quality, functionality, or other issues.2 Stars: Do not buy. Not as bad as a 1 Star, but it still has major downsides.3 Stars: There are some issues as described in my review.
