Had to trim down the sides to make it fit. After that it has been perfect if even a bit heavier duty than the original.

Taking the wheels off my LM2102SP and removing the old grass shield turned out to be very easy. The instructions are in the owners manual. Installing the new grass shield, not so much. The diameter of this new one was a hair bigger and it was also a hair longer. I had to use a file and sandpaper to allow it to fit in the holes. This process had about a good twenty to thirty minutes of sanding involved because the shaft was made from a pretty hard rubber and a utility knife didn't work well or safe for shaving it. Eventually I did get it all to fit. After that process I had the wheels back on in about two minutes.
