i am 5'5" and 110 lbs. -- not exactly a plus size. WHY i have not been able to find compression socks that don't make my legs throb after 5 minutes, i do not know. i finally got these in XXXL. they compress but cause no pain. unfortunately the foot length is way too long. i'll figure out a way to deal with that problem.

These socks are comfortable, as comfortable as compression socks can be. The tops don’t cut in. The design adds some pizazz to support hose.

These socks are super soft and comfortable. The sizing is a bit off but if you base the size off your calf measurement that'll be your best bet. These socks are hand wash but I chose to machine wash cold on a gentle cycle then tumble dried on low and they came out perfectly fine. They are just as soft, if not a little softer, and they fit is great. I ended up getting them in other colors too. I wish the color of the toes went up the leg of the whole sock.
