Sobre el corte de verduras: rebana cualquier verdura dura sin ningún problema, cuchillas muy afiladas, hace el trabajo de corte sin esfuerzo. es así que en este criterio le doy un 5 de 5Sobre la puesta en marcha de la maquina: es un poco dura para manipular (realizar el cambio de las cuchillas es un poco difícil, se necesita hacer un poco de fuerza, supongo que esta diseñado así por seguridad, dado que si fuera fácil el riesgo de cortar los dedos es mayor), eso hace que la tarea de cortar las verduras demore un poco. En este criterio le doy un 4 de 5.Sobre la limpieza de las cuchillas y la cortadora en si: no es muy difícil su limpieza, sin embargo hay que tener cuidado por lo afilada de las cuchillas. en este criterio también le doy un 4 de 5

This automated food slicer/shredder includes 3 different blades- a slicer, shredder and cube-making dicer, which is my absolute favorite. I tried many vegetables and fruit and all of them came out perfectly sliced, shredded or diced because the blades are very sharp. I love how easy it is to make salads, it is a breeze and effortlessly fast. It also made us want to eat more vegetables, because it shortens the prep time dramatically. All you need to do is wash, peel and clean vegetables and fruit and the rest is a breeze. It is easy to clean up right after use while juices have not dried up.At first I was surprised at the slow operating speed of the blade, compared to our previous Cuisinart processor. But then I realized it was actually an advantage, as it smoothly pushes the fruit or vegetables through the dicer without turning it into pulp. Also the grating came out in nice even bits, and there is a set of slots through the pusher/plunger, through which you can feed carrots or smaller items. Altogether it is a great add to the kitchen, and while it only has three blades or discs, its sufficient for the most common tasks. One warning to reiterate from the manual--be extremely cautious especially in handling the large heavy silver blade. It clicks and rotates on the stem, to attach and remove, and both of us cut our fingers, even while trying to be careful. It is exceedingly sharp, and that's great for food but not your fingers. Wear gloves!
