Super easy to use and clean, these silicone muffin trays are great for cupcakes and other treats. About what you'd expect from a product of it's kind and they work as advertised. 5 stars! This a small fun sized cupcake style tray. This would be great for making mini panna cotta desserts. Goes in the oven for baking at high temperatures. And also works great for cold desserts, it works well in the freezer. Only thing is that it’s thin silicone, feeling a little flimsy. I normally use metal pans. To fix the issue all I did was put a sturdy tray under and it worked great! It released the muffins and cupcakes easily.The muffin cups have straight edges which I enjoyed but still was a breeze to get out of the pan.I am glad I have this in my kitchen and will be using for my next panna cotta. The price makes it a good value.
