We ordered these 24x12x12 tires to replace the tires on our Ferris mower. These are the smallest 24x12x12 tires I have ever seen. The circumference is 66.5" with a diameter of 21.18". The stock tires were also a 24x12x12 but measured 70" circumference (22.29" diameter). I checked a Carlisle tire and they measure 69" (21.97"). Bottom line these tires required me to relevel my mower deck. Also I got a flat on one and was not able to replace just 1 tire as all tires I could find locally were right around 22" diameter. The 1" may not seem like much of a difference, however when cutting grass commercially everything must be spot on.Also the tires aren't perfectly round, they have a high spot so they wobble. I checked rims and transaxle, nothing is bent, it's in the tire.
