This is a nice Tuning Machine set, they look great and so far work great too.Mine came packaged in a plastic bag inside a non-padded brown paper mailer bag - I don't know how it's possible they arrived undamaged and still straight but they did, I wouldn't bank on it though - Just an extra bubble wrap/bag would be enough to ensure their safety.The tuners look great and installed nicely - just one of the screw holes on each side did not line up with the original guitar head stock hole on my old Yamaha Nippon Gakki No 80 - no big deal, you can glue in a plug made from tiny doweling (hardware or hobby shop) then drill a new pilot hole to line up perfectly. It is unlikely that any aftermarket tuner will be a perfect fit for your guitar so either measure precisely and compare with the drawings in the product photos ..... or ........ be prepared for some minor yet precision re-drilling.For me, so far (it's only been a few days) this product met my need 100% and I'm very satisfied with the look and performance.
