These seem like a good sturdy option for storing blankets. Each one is one piece (you don't have to put them together like some others). They are also large enough for more than one blanket. In the picture I have a mid-weight blanket and a rain sheet, both size 78, and they fit on there together easily.

I got these blanket bars to replace the rusted ones in my barn. They went up easily and seem very sturdy – at least as sturdy as the old ones were. They are nicely finished in black powder coated finish. And have halter hooks at the bottom of where they attach to the stall door. These are good replacement blanket bars.

I needed some horse pad bars because not only does it keep my tack organized. I also wanted a way to air out my pads to keep them fresher. The racks are simple and hold perfectly. As long as you are drilling right into wood, there is no need for any anchors which is always great. The install process is simple and the finished look is tidy and helpful.
