These are dead simple, just silicone brake lever covers, but I needed some as an older bike of mine had some rubber covers, but the rubber has deteriorated and became sticky. I cleaned that off, but it just left the bare, oddly shaped metal underneath. I grabbed these, sprayed a bunch of soapy water into them, and then slid them onto the brake levers. I just pulled tight on them until they covered as much of the handle as I needed, and then gave them a couple days for the water to evaporate. They're on there nice and tight now, they look great, and most importantly, feel excellent! I'll probably grab another couple sets for my other bikes, just because I like how they feel that much!.
