These fit perfectly on my car hauler trailer. The last time I used it I lost a cap somehow. This was the perfect replacement for it. Most of the ones I found locally were for the smaller trailer at 1.98 inch, which don't fit my trailer. I was happy to find these ones. I used a piece of wood and rubber mallet to assist in mounting the caps. You can't even tell that I used any force to put them on.
