The holder works well, but, let's be honest.. how hard is it to make an egg-shaped hole... The cutter is nice! That was a really nice alternative to a knife with the egg rolling around. The egg-struders... Totally bunk. They're a mess to use, sorry tiny, and the shape leaves a clump at the end between the nozzle and the pusher part. Things this is missing: a tool to gently guide the yolky goodness from it's white haven home into the bowl, and a tool to help release the egg from its calcium prison. In general, don't buy it for the egg-struders (which is a large part of why I did). The holder and the cutter are the only highlights here.

I love deviled eggs but rarely make them because storing them is awkward. I had a platter for serving deviled eggs but nothing for storing them. The eggs would end up flopping around and they'd be hard to remove without touching other eggs. This is perfect and holds a ton. I like that I can use the top half by itself since I'm unlikely to make 36 deviled eggs unless I'm entertaining. The accessories are useful but I don't know how much use I'll get out of them since I've been making deviled eggs for years without them. I feel like it should be priced a little cheaper but it's extremely useful and well made so I guess it's worthwhile.
