Solid and sturdy. Easy to put together. Perfect for under the toilet or for helping my kid gain a couple more inches when trying to hang up his coat on the hook. I love that it comes with two stools.

I’m 73 years old and I never thought that this would ever make a difference… I went to physical therapy and they recommended me to get one. I chose the one that held toilet paper because my bathroom is really small. It’s made a huge difference.

I ordered this to replace a white plastic toilet stool I currently use. It goes without saying that this looks 10 times better than my plastic, cheap looking one. It was pretty easy to assemble and took me less than 10 minutes. A powered screwdriver with the appropriate hex bit speeds things up. I like having extra toilet paper rolls on hand too. But about that 500 lb capacity. I weigh about half that and there is no way I feel comfortable using this as a stepping stool that is basically dependent on a couple of bolts holding me up. I actually would feel more comfortable stepping on my old plastic one. Maybe the 500 lb claim is accurate but I don't trust it after seeing how it's assembled. That's not to say this doesn't feel solid... it does... but the weak points would be those bolts and if they're not up to the task then someone is going to get hurt. But that's not why I ordered this. I'm strictly using this as a toilet stool and a toilet roll holder and it excels in that regard.
