The upgraded 279838 dryer heating element performs excellently in heat-proof and abrasion-proof with its NICKEL-CHROMIUM content up to 90%. The heating wire is 25% longer than other ordinary dryer replacement parts and will produce more stable and uniform heat.
The element is rated at 5400 Watts 240 Volts.

Out heating element went out in our older dryer and tbh with you I do NOT wanna get any newer models dryer 🤣. Anywho so we got this and we were keeping our fingers crossed it would work and it absolutely did! Definitely would buy again if it ever went out again

Our dryer stopped heating, so we purchased this after researching what the problem could be. Turned out this unit was damaged and needed replaced. After installing we noticed the dryer had returned to its normal functionality if not better. Our clothes dry faster and the unit gets hotter as well. Good as new. Perfect value for the money, and ease of replacement.

The heating element went out on my dryer, probably seven months ago. I bought one of these recently again. It went out again so I had to re-purchase. It does work well just wish it would last longer. I guess overall it’s a good value for the money

The heating element stopped working on the dryer so i ordered this kit . It does not come with any instructions so I was careful when I took the old unit off to make sure I put the new one back on the same way. This kit comes with 3 fuses (i only needed 2 on my unit), The hardest part of the replacement process was taking most of the dryer apart to get into where the heating element is housed. I had to remove several dozen screws and take the back, top, and front panels off as well as loosen the sides. once i got it put back together it fired right up and is heating just like new. With the inclusion of the fuses this kit is a great value for the money.
