Electric Vehicle Controller with PAS System
Boost control: detecting the pedaling strength and speed of the rider through sensors, the controller adjusts the output torque of the motor according to this information to provide the rider with suitable boost.
Electric control: In the electric state of the e-bike, the controller receives the signal from the turnbuckle and controls the rotational speed and torque of the motor to make the e-bike travel at the set speed.
Safety protection: The controller has under-voltage protection, over-current protection and other safety protection functions to ensure the safety of the e-bike during traveling.
Status display: The electric power, speed and power assisting status of the e-bike are displayed through the instrument panel, which is convenient for the rider to understand the real-time status of the e-bike.
Smart Display
Battery level indication: usually represented by a battery icon that shows the remaining battery level of the e-vehicle. As the power decreases, the battery icon will drop or change color accordingly, helping the rider to understand the power status of the e-vehicle so as to charge it in time.
Speed display: shows the current speed of the e-bike, usually in the form of numbers or scale. Riders can adjust the riding speed according to the speed display to ensure safe driving.
Mileage display: shows the mileage that the e-bike has traveled, usually in the form of numbers or rectangular progress bar. This helps the rider to understand the distance traveled by the e-bike and plan the trip.
Mechanical Handbrake
When using the handbrake, riders should choose the appropriate strength and timing according to the actual situation. In an emergency, the brake handle should be pinched quickly to apply the maximum braking force; while in daily driving, the braking force should be adjusted appropriately according to the road conditions and vehicle speed.
It should be noted that the braking effect of the handbrake may be affected when traveling on rainy or slippery roads due to the reduced friction of the road surface. Therefore, riders should decelerate in advance and use the handbrake cautiously under these conditions.
Speed Control Handle
When the rider twists the speed control handle, the motor starts working and generates power.
The power is transferred to the flywheel through the chain, and then the flywheel drives the rear wheel to rotate.
At the same time, the cooperation between the tooth disk and the chain ensures the smooth transmission of power and the regulation of speed.

I like everything about the speed but one thing that was not completely correct is the that is displayed on the screen. It says top speed I got by display was 45mph but when I done a speed test with a radar speed it said I was doing 30mph. So I guess the people that put these things together don’t do a calibration on the settings of the wheel. That is why I only gave it 2 stars.

This kit has so far been everything it's supposed to be for the money and free shipping unlike the 1st kit I got from another supplier which never right was sent back and I lost the49.00 shipping charge so buyer's beware !

This ebike conversion kit includes tires, other similar conversion kits only have wheels and you need to buy your own tires, this item is so nice!
