Being using mine for a couple of months now. Works well, does not last quite as long as the OEM 2200mAh one but for the cost it works well.

The build quality of this battery is nice and it fits the radio as well as the factory original. I keep this as a back-up battery so it has not gotten much use, but it seems to work as well as the original. It also includes the same type of belt clip as the factory battery pack.
