Used these tart shells to make a batch of Pastel de Nata and I was pleasantly surprised at how easily the tarts slipped out of the shells without any issue. Highly recommend as they are the perfect size for making 2 bite tarts. Cleanup afterwards was also quick and easy. I just soaked them for a few minutes in hot soapy water

Bought these to do mini tarts. I used short crust pastry and did not grease the pans. The pastry came out clean after cooling a bit no sticking at all. I didn't use pie weights and had no problems. I did dock the bottoms. Very pleased with this purchase. Will be using these often.

These are nice little molds. Hold up well, reusable. Very sturdy. A bit sharp on the top, but not horrible.Would buy again.

I purchased these mini tart pans for my Portuguese custard tart recipe and they worked out perfectly providing a crisp flaky crust and a thoroughly cooked custard center. After researching the benefits of using aluminum tart molds vs the non-stick tart pans, I'm very happy with the recommendation for the aluminum pans for custard egg tarts. I'm very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them.

I'm being creative this time. Scallops w/ shell is hard to get in my town but I want to eat chinese style garlic grill scallops (蒜蓉烤扇贝) so bad. So I just attempted to use those egg tarts mold as the substitution of scallop shells and get a bags of farm raised scallops from wholefoods. BOOM. This was so perfect, tastes like the same as the one with the shell I ate back into the time I was in China. It was super easy to clean and sturdy!! very satisfied with this product

Got these two days ago. Been wanting to make a Filipino dessert (steamed sticky rice cake) known as kutchinta. The molds were a little big, but not really an issue. I oiled them well before pouring the mixture. Had a little trouble taking out the rice cakes around the edges, but the bottom part came out quick. It was also easy to clean despite the food sticking on the sides. The downside and the disappointing part is that most of the molds discolored after first use. Not sure if it is still safe to use as they oxidized already. I do not recommend buying these as they obviously are made of poor quality materials. I wish I just bought silicone molds instead.

These things are pretty tiny, but if you're looking to make small (1 or 2 bites) tarts or hors d'oeuvres, these are great. I love that they stack for storage and therefore don't take up nearly the amount of space the small cupcake tins do. They are relatively easy to clean with a little dish soap and water. I haven't tried them in the dishwasher, though I'm guessing they would probably be okay (but again, I don't know as I haven't tried). For the price, you can't beat it.

I was experimenting with a puto recipe and purchased these to use solely for that purpose. These are wider and slightly flatter than the ones I've seen others using to make puto. I had second thoughts and felt like returning them but I decided to keep them. After using these to steam puto, I can say that they did the job well and I was very happy with the results. The quality is decent, it works great for steaming and is easy to clean. All of them came in great shape with no deformities and they were a good deal for 20 pieces.

My wife asked me to get these and she was excited because this was what she was looking for when she got them. Last night she tried them out and I helped her to make a Philippines desert called puto and they came out great. I agreed with another reviewer that they came in an old ziplock bag but we cleaned them good and my wife was not even thinking about it so it was really for her. The good thing is they are great and because she was so happy to make them. Alot of them! Now we got to get a bigger rice cooker which is where she steamed them from. The steamer only held 4 cups at a time. She wants to get a bigger steamer to speed up the process... LOL...UUgggggh!!
