Ordered the larger size as I am typically a 4X kind of guy. It fit perfectly and didn't slip down after wearing for a day. Very comfortable and it was if I wasn't wearing anything. Bought this as I was in an arm sling after rotator cuff surgery and the inside of my arm was becoming irritated. After wearing for a couple days, the irritation went away and my arm feels great. Has held up to daily wear and was extremely light weight. I would recommend this for anyone in a similar situation after surgery or in need of keeping your arm snug and secure!

I ordered these for my son who tempted suicide has a lot of self harm scars. He's a minor and to young for tattoos. I wish these would of stayed on. There to little they need to be in bigger sizes for men. And need a silicone strip on the inside to keep from rolling. I wouldn't even give it one star, was very disappointed

All things considered, will not buy againPros:They are soft, and aren't hot on your arms. They seem to breathe well.Cons:The tops needed a wider band so they wouldn't roll down.

I don't really use sleeves, however I was bit by a spider a week before I started an in-home sales job and my arm became infected from my wrist to my shoulder. It almost looked like shingles. So these worked perfectly on hiding my arm until it healed. Once om they will not slide down. I have big arms, so if you're the same, you'll have to adjust sleeve until in a comfortable position."Big" Henry Approved!

These are the largest I could find after ordering several "large" sleeves. A little tight on the bicep but it's the best I found. I wear them for sun protection at work, recommended. I'm a utility worker in new Jersey and use one while driving and both when working outside. Also great for sports too
