I don't use it often, but when I do I feel good knowing that I was able to burn all the bacteria that needed to be burned.It is a good-to-have item in the car for when you're out and something that kids like to put in their mouths to eat or bite falls in the ground. Quick microwave and that's it.

This is not wide enough to stand up when filled. It tips over. Because the top cannot be sealed, it spills water everywhere. Completely useless. I reached out to support repeatedly about this issue, and never received a reply.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish it was just a little bit bigger. I have to use it a few times to sanitize everything rather than once. Overall it is a great product.
