CHEAP! It has metal that hasn’t been filed down and I cut my hand on it. The mounting brackets didn’t fit the pipe for mounting (they sent square brackets instead of round) so the bar slid back and forth. I will say that the bars and connectors were heavy duty. Sending it back because of the defects and buying the one from Dover because I know there stuff has QC.

I bought this for my western saddle pads, but it does not really work. The rods are not long enough. They do not lay against the wall, they stick way out. It was a pain to mount, when I have it straight the poles kept swing out away from the wall. Would be good for other things just not western saddle pads.
