Perfect replacement for the original short belt of my Shark HV382. You will also need to purchase the long belt to do a full replacement. This is not an easy replacement. I would rate the job intermediate to advanced. Lots of fragile parts to gain access to the belts. You need T15 and T10 security bits and a flat head. My vacuum is almost 7 yrs old and the belts were in decent shape. The white gear that turns the carpet roller will probably fail first as the teeth are worn down. Would replacing the belts earlier have prevented wear on the white gear, hard to say.
