Our garage door finally went out. My son put a new genie in. It came with 1 opener. We needed 3 openers in all. We have 2 garages. I ordered this pack of 2 that looks like the 1 genie remote that came with the genie opener. Idenical in looks, works as well, and the cost for 2 remotes was fantastic. Programed for both garages also was easy.

Took a chance on these. They programmed as easily as the ones that came with the kit. They also seem to work the same.A good product and saves you quite a bit of money if you need extras. With these two, and the two that came with the kit, i also have a wireless keypad. They all work fine with each other.I do recommend this product.

Good quality at a great price! I bought these to add to a third vehicle for our new Genie Signature Series Ultra-Quiet Wall Mount Smart Garage Door Opener. One of our older vehicles didn't have a compatible built-in opener system, so this fills that gap and leaves us with a spare. These were very easy to program and have good range. As others have said, the buttons don't have any tactical feel but once pressed the garage door opens immediately. Would buy again

Annoyed at first then it connected. Super easy, no colors, codes, and button pressing counting.Just press the both garage opener pair button and pair button on unit then button on hand opener again or something like that. It was easy compared to another opener for the other door that knocked everything out of whack and wasted an unnecessary amount of time. Quality is also super nice! I’m grateful reasonably priced and saves time from having to open the garage drive outside go through the front door garage door and door entering garage, leave back out of the front door then get going. Now leave of of door to garage, hop in the vehicle, drive out and close garage door and be on my merry way.

I lost my original Genie remote and I just could not bear to pay $30 to replace it so I bought this one a whim. I figured I could just return it if it didn’t work on my old(er) Genie opener. Good news! Not only does it look just like the original without the logos, but it also works. Programming was super easy. The hardest part was removing the lid that covers the lights so I could access the programming controls on the opener. I give it three stars because the range is less than the original. With a new battery the original remote could open the door while I was still a good ways down the street. This one I have to be in the driveway before the door will open. Which can be a deal breaker for an impatient person. Like myself. I wonder if over the years of using this remote if I might begin to wish I’d have spent the extra $20 bucks.
