3*Heat Shield (19077-53650 bottom of the injector followed by Copper Washer)
3*Copper Washer (goes on top of the heat shield)
3*Aluminum Return Line Washer (goes on top of the injector then the fuel return rail , then the nut.

I used this on a Kubota D722, where the injectors were slightly loose in the cylinder head as if they had unthreaded slightly. I removed the injectors and used this kit to reseal the injectors and return line. Fits and works as expected and engine is running again. I don't forsee any issues.
