Rugged construction, cool and quiet. With a 20 watt load, the DC output was 12.0 Volts on my Fluke meter. I wish the leads were at least 6" longer on both ends. I'm going to buy another one :)

Waterproof so far after being caught semi-submerged during the rain. Good quality construction. Reliable power for underwater lights, and does not flash or flicker lights when turned off like other transformers do.
