This cutter is good bit it could be better with a more secure edge alignment system. It can move a little on multiple cuts and cause variations in cuts. Main paper clam secures well and blade cuts smooth.

I received my item today and it came with a dull blade in the cutter. It would not cut through the paper, not even through a very few sheets. It kept pushing the paper forward. I am glad it did come with an extra blade for me to switch it out to see if it was the machine or the blade. After switching, it cut fine and did not push the paper forward. The first blade that was in it was even dull to the touch. I like the machine itself, it better than the previous one I had, but I am out of having 2 sharp blades as advertised, so that sucks. I am not trying to send the entire machine back because of the dull blade, so I hope that I can get a replacement blade sent. I will be given this review 2 stars for now. If I hear for customer service, I may change my review.
