These 608RS (skateboard) bearings work great. Unlike most common bearing that are packed with thick, dense grease that restricts rotation at low speeds, these Rooollsk8 ones use a much finer, less restrictive grease. This means that they spin up a lot easier under the lightest loads. They seem to run very smooth, too. The dimensional accuracy is great too - they fit perfectly on an 8mm post.
