I used it to seal up an AC line to my house and it worked really well. Very easy to use but you definitely have to read the instructions. For instance I didn't shake it long enough at first and it was runny coming out. Have to shake for about 60 seconds before using. So if you read the instructions and do as they say its perfect!!
