We bought the new Harbor Freight 5000 watt inverter generator for our camper, it has the old three prong 30 amp female outlet. The camper and our standby house outlet set up have the four prong twist lock male inlets. This adaptor lets us connect the generator to the camper or house quickly to keep us up and running. Nice quality and works great.

This thing is beefy and does exactly what I need it to do. It goes from my transfer switch to my bluetti solar generator. It's also a great value. It would have cost me triple to make my own from Home Depot parts.

It’s always suggested to install a 50 amp generator plug so you don’t have to pay twice in case you upgrade but this makes it very easy and safe to covert the power down to a 30 amp RV. Highly recommend.
