The “instructions” are pretty crappy. They don’t warn you about the battery being right under the glass, one little poke in the wrong spot and poof, your phone goes up in smoke, literally. Take your phone to a professional repair shop, this could be an expensive, cheap fix!

This gets 2 stars because it is the correct color and has the apple logo on it. That is where the positives end.1. Item came without instructions. No online instructions for this product. Came in a Ziploc envelope.2. The ad states that it has all the tools you need but when you look online everyone that changes them are using heatguns and glass breaker tools. (Not included).3. Process takes from 30 minutes to two hours which is far from easy as advertised and4. Company does not have any installation video or instructions to find for thier product online, while the ad states that they are easily available.

I dropped my phone and it landed on the back, causing the back screen to crack really bad. The camera part cracked too. One of my co workers referred me to this back screen as a replacement because it’s cheaper than if you were to bring it in for a phone repair shop at the mall to fix for you. Wrong decision I made. I should had stuck to just bringing it in and paying the extra $50 for the shop’s back screen.After my back glass was fixed, my phone case didn’t fit anymore. I asked them why and they pointed out the new back screen camera part… it is thicker than the original. They told me that theirs they use is better in quality and more precise to what the original would be, that’s why they charge more. But there’s nothing that I can do about my new back screen now that it’s already been replaced. I’ll just have to stick to this corner lifting up. Which, it bothers me a bit. But owell… nothing I can do now.Jokingly, I said to myself… “maybe I just have to drop my phone again and crack the back again… just so I can have an excuse to go get it repaired with a better fit back…” 😂😅Lesson learned… DON’T buy items off of other sites (Amazon) just because someone referred it to you. Unless you know exactly what you’re looking for. Don’t try to go cheap and buy something for $13 off of Amazon just because you wanted to save that extra $50. Just go with that paying an extra $50 to get your phone back screen fixed with a good fit so your phone case can fit correctly.On the one good side… it actually has the Apple logo on the back like the original. So I guess… 🤷🏻♀️
