I purchased these for a wheelbarrow. Not just any wheelbarrow, but a 1/3 yard plus, dual wheel one.I have had it since 1981 and it was given to me well used by a kindly neighbor. Every time I can, I improve it.From day one. It had been the king of flat tires. Three years ago, I bit the bullet and bought flat-free tires to fit it. A big problem was the original style tires and the flat-free replacements sank into soft ground when heavily loaded. The wheelbarrow got to sit out most of 2024. The replacement tires might have been flat-free, but they were not chunk-free. While loaded with liquid concrete, the tire started shedding one-inch pieces. As it reached its final resting place, a large section fell off of one of the rims.I was researching replacements. I even considered a replacement, altogether. Luckily, I ran across these at Amazon. They are the same height as the original tires but are wider, which will help it roll on top of soft ground instead of digging in. I realize that these are meant for a riding mower, but that said to me that these were designed to be safe. That meant the had to be durable enough to provide that safety.Although these would fit the 5/8” axle on the wheelbarrow, since these wheels can fit a ¾” axle, I will be upgrading to that.My recovery is not where I thought it would be, but I hope to get back on track soon. In the meantime, I am researching and getting what I need for the upcoming warm weather.I gave these tires 5 stars because they are totally capable of being used “outside the box” At the current price, these are LESS than the dedicated flat-free tires that I bought 3 years ago.

Good replacement for zero turn fronts. I put these on my hustler FasTrak. Only wish the hub was a bit wider. I almost used all the spacers provided to keep wheel centered.

These tires Look great, feel solid, and seem well-made, which suggests to me that they will last for a long time. It rolls smoothly, fits perfectly on my zero-turn mower, and I have no complaints at all. These tires are doing their job exceptionally well—they look good, perform well, and I trust that they’ll continue supporting my machine and keeping me rolling for years to come.The installation process was simple and straightforward: just remove the old tire, put the new one on, and you’re ready to start mowing. You can definitely tell they’re brand new, and they’ve managed to maintain that fresh look even after a couple of weeks. Although I’ve only mowed a few times so far, I believe they’ll hold up just fine during the spring and summer. They’re high-quality tires at a reasonable price point.END RESULT: If you own a zero-turn mower and need new wheels, these are a great option. They’re a fantastic set of wheels at an excellent price, getting the job done without any issues. It’s a reliable and worthwhile product.
