This product does provide a straight cut but the latches are of poor quality. I need to use pliers to open one of them.

My square says it’s square. One of the clips is a little junky on this one, but it does line up properly with my PowerTec tracks for Milwaukee saw. I mean it’s not TSO but a decent knockoff.

I purchased this to use with my Milwaukee Track Saw. First a word about the Track Saw itself. As a member of a Woodworking Guild, I have used several brands of Track Saws from the most expensive, to the cheapest, to homemade but the Milwaukee, in my opinion, is the not only the best of the breed but also the most user friendly.Accordingly, the Milwaukee saw deserves quality accessories. This Guide Rail Square has lived up to my expectations as being easy to use, VERY accurate and repeatable, and locks firmly in place. The Tee Bar on top of the Square fits snuggly and positively into the T-slot on the back of the Guide Rail and the pair of Spring Toggle Clamps clamp the Square firmly and squarely to the Rail. The extendable tab on the body of the Square is also a plus supporting the free end of the Square against workpiece - preventing the Guide Rail from "rolling" and acting as the third hand that not everyone has.Great product and mine at least is as perfectly square as I am able to measure.

I used this on my Festool and Makita track saws without any issues. Works great and produces square cuts

I have a Ridgid track saw and this square did not fit my tracks. That said, the quality of the aluminum body seemed to be really good. I imagine, had I been able to use it I would have been impressed, hard to say as I really could not check square, and more importantly whether or not it would remain square after long term use.

I compared three no name rail squares from Amazon. This one was the best of the lot. Less than 1mm out of square over 1m. Not perfect but good enough for my purposes.

Bought a Makita track saw which I just love. I bought this device to make breaking down plywood even faster. It’s easy to snap on and off. Its accuracy appears to be good. However, I always double check with a framing square. The length of the device compared to the length of the track seems too small to have it dead on square. There’s nothing wrong with the design or workmanship. I just don’t trust it completely. When cutting shorter material where I can slide the device further on the track, making shorter cuts, it’s great and I trust it completely.

Used for the first time. Easy to use; however I put my rafter square up to it and it wasn’t square. I will try removing and reinstalling a few times and see if it continues to be out-of-square.
