These are good rivets for the money, and they arrived quickly, i had two out of six rivets fail to pop and they pulled through, not leaving the ball inside to close it up, but when I tested them just now, three out of three rivets poped and left the ball inside and are holding good. Moreover the pin inside is not stainless like the rivet is, if it matters to you.TO choose the right length of rivet, get rivets that are one diameter longer than the thickness of what you are riveting together, and you will have a nice fat barb on the back with the ball inside holding. the ball is important, because it keeps the rivet from closing and pulling out.
