Operation Guidance:

2. Keep the switch off or adjust it to “0” level.
3. Start the car and plug in the cigarette lighter.

Very poor/zero customer support - the only option I have found is to send an e-mail to support@hueliv.com, but after multiple e-mails I have received no response at all.Overall, I like the fan - it's a good size and moves a good amount of air and the adjustable speed is nice. It really sticks and stays put even when at full speed. However, the first time that I attempted to move the fan from one location on my windshield to another, the suction cup was so sticky that it wouldn't come off cleanly and tore into pieces - now it will no longer stick to the glass or anything else.Basically, if you want to permanently install this fan to glass then it's a good option, but if you ever want to relocate it, you run the risk of having the silicone suction cup tear apart upon removal, leaving you with a completely functional, but useless fan.If there was any support whatsoever from the seller, sourcing a replacement suction cup, even at a reasonable price, would make this fan a great and functional option. Instead, it's off to the landfill - which sucks.

My husband asked me to order this for his tractor which has air conditioning. With the heat this summer, the air conditioning just wasn’t doing the job. This little fan works well for the job.

Bought this for another vehicle of our and it works great. Allows for extra air flow in the back for our dogs. We purchased the same fan , but the one with the "Clip"..... it was limited on where it could be placed in the packe are of the SUV. This one with the suction cup seem to be more sturdy and holds its position when installed.

This is the perfect fan for our travel van. We have multiple places to plug it in and it helps circulate the air conditioning which at this time of year in Phoenix is a necessity.

Good fan but after a while this can get a little noisy, also if you keep it on windshield too long the sun will destroy the grooves behind the fan plus destroy the suction cup.

I purchased this fan to help keep me cool while operating a crane. Used for 2 weeks straight on low speed, it works really well. It was able to keep me cool on the lowest setting with the windows closed. The suction works even better, it’s a sticky side adhesive suction and it feels like you’re having to rip it off the window, more of a one stick permanent style suction cup. I decided to really see how well it would do and turned it on the highest setting and it burned up in less than a day. The motor still functions but it has melted and burned up the inside hub of the blade so it no longer stays connected to the shaft on the motor and is now useless. Again, good fan for light duty/not high setting. Just know if you use it on high there is a chance it will burn up.

Works good for me, the fan is used in my small garden tractor JD 345 with a cab on it. Suction cup is mounted to the windshield and blows in my face and chest area to help keep me cooler in the summertime grass mowing, and turn it to keep windshield clear in winter snow plowing seasons. Plenty quiet in tractor, you will always have some noise even from air movement alone. I had Two fans of another brand before this and they were junk, cheaply made and I even had to make new mount so they would not bounce around but they didn't last even one season. Happy with this new one.

I bought two for my boat, put one on my bunk for sleeping ( I am in the tropics) and the other in the pilot house. They are very quiet and draw minimum amps, the reostat controls from stop to almost hurricane....excellent.There were no mounting holes, just suction cup. My drill solved that problem.I bought two more, one for the crew bunk and one spare. Hope they are durable. They look well made and run smooth and quiet.
