The metal plate is good, and this is the most essential piece. The swivel and carabiner are kinda cheap, so I may need to buy different hardware. I think the bolts/screws are treated and okay to use for outdoor applications. I will update if it rusts!!

This is fairly simple to install to get to using it. Just a few bolts, it is made heavy duty and seems it will last forever. Allows bag to smoothly swivel as needed. Great mount!
