I've had this sheet for a long time now. I only use it on my horse on super duper cold days. She holds a nice winter coat. It fits her very nice, not too heavy but also not too light. It is very durable. I haven't tried the waterproof but I would say it is at least water resistant due to the fabric.

First off I love the color and it looks great on my mare!!! Seems to be pretty sturdy, took a few minutes and a couple bucks to get it on her because she hates blankets, but it’s well needed for the weather Michigan is getting right now. It’s heavy enough to keep her warm because she grows a thick winter coat, works great at keeping the rain/snow off of her! I ordered a 78 and she’s 15.2 hands for reference. Worth the buy!

I have found that many blankets, including this one say waterproof but they are not. Evertime it rains, my horse is wet underneath. The blanket itself is nice and fits well but it defeats the purpose of the reason why I bought it.

The fit is perfect and has stood up to multiple days of rolling and scratching from the horse. I was a little concerned with the sturdiness but she has not failed us yet.
