A good match for wastebasket, Amazon item # B00DU4J8HY , "Sterilite 7.5 Gallon TouchTop Wastebasket with Lid That Opens with Touch..."The bags' non-elastic drawstring fits tightly around the rim of this basket, so the bag stays put as you throw stuff into it. The drawstring is a little tight getting onto (and off of) the basket's rim, but that's what makes it secure. It takes more perseverance to get the drawstring on and off, but not really muscle.

The quality has declined. The bags are now more prone to tearing at the bag-to-bag connection. The previous batch was of good quality, but this one is not. I do not recommend purchasing.

I purchased these bags for use in both my bathroom garbage pail and the car garbage pail- they fit in both of these pails. For reference, my bathroom pail is round about 8-9 inches high, diameter is about the same. Car trash pail is square/rectangle about 10-inch high 6x8 inches base.I just purchased these bags, so I cannot say how long this box of bags will last. But since I do not change the bags daily, I anticipate this box will last a long time. I also like the fact these bags have drawstrings-that was another the selling point for me.These ae not heavy-duty bags so you cannot put a lot of heavy items nor can you "push and "pack" trash in these bag as you would in a larger heavy-duty bag. But since these are 1-gallon bags and the price-point, these bags shouldn't be expected to be heavy duty.For my purpose, these bags are sturdy enough. Happy so far with this purchase for the use intended.

The size is good but it is hard to find where to tear the bag. For the money they are durable and the drawstring works well.
