Didn't need directions to put together. Straight forward process. The only thing I would say is, make sure you use 00 neapolitan flour, triple proof your dough- room temp rise for about 40 minutes/cold rise in the fridge overnight/rise at room temp again and roll it thin and definitely don't over top your pizza or it won't cook all the way through. Definitely utilize the spin feature to rotate the pizza around to get an even cook. You also need to make sure you preheat the oven to at least 700 degrees, and check using a cheap 10 or 15 dollar temperature gauge gun. Make sure that the fire is burning really good and that the flame does not go out. Your pizza should cook in 2 to 4 minutes. If it takes longer, it's not hot enough. Hope this helps you all. It's not easy to work, but if you try, you'll get the hang of it. Definitely made the best pizzas and stuffed pepperoni breadsticks and garlic knots we've ever had at home before. Tip on breadsticks and garlic knots..... melt down butter and add parmesan cheese, stir it in with a little garlic powder until it gets salty from the parmeson cheese. Top your breadsticks and garlic knots as soon as you take them out of the oven. Perfection! Make sure you get a nice metal pizza spatula and flour it so the dough doesn't stick to it. Get a rocker pizza cutter..... that helps cut the pizza quicker and neatly.

Large but useful! This stove is heavy and large, seems very durable. We have had it for several months now and it is still working strong, hope it continues!

I had to edit this review. first of all, the instructions are less than helpful. Second, it says that you can use wood chips and charcoal. But the fuel basket it's way too small, even with pellets it only stays hot long enough to do like 2 pizzas. I also feel like it burns dirty and produces this black soot, because it's not getting enough oxygen. The revolving pizza stone is kinda cool tho.

Guys, this pizza oven is a 5-star stunner! The 360° rotating stone is a game-changer. I used to struggle with uneven pizzas, but now it spreads heat so well. I just add the toppings and relax. It makes perfect pizza, making pizza super fun. Highly recommend!

This was very easy to put together and use. Everything worked well and the rotating stone is a plus. It did take a couple of uses to figure out the correct fuel/time etc… but everyone was pleased the pizza.

As a pizza fan, I'm really into the rotating pizza stone. Now I don't have to take the pizza out and turn it every few seconds. It makes cooking pizza a whole lot easier and tastes even better. And it can keep the pizza from getting burned. The pellet fuel can add a lot of flavor to the pizza too. I think pizzas cooked with pellets are way better than the ones cooked with gas.So far, I'm really satisfied with this pellet pizza oven. Both the usage effect and the material quality are worthy of the price. If you're a newbie at making pizza, I highly recommend this pizza oven with a rotating function to you.

The Good -Easy to assemble with well written and clear instructions. Came mostly pre-assembled with just a few handles and diffuser on the stack to attach before placing in the pizza stone. IEasy to light wood pellets, gets plenty hot, easy to turn with the knob, the smokey taste of the pizza is amazing. The Bad -The door does not attach attach at the top and falls off. It has to be on when heating the oven or cooking. I ended up having to attach a spinning metal lock with a screw that I carefully open and close when required. I can not say whether this was just a one off defect or all of the ovens have this issue. I just know the one I received does not attachI had to ordered an infrared thermometer since it does not come with one built in.if it the door had not been an issue I would have given this oven 5 stars. I really like how it cooks, and how easy it is to use.

I've been wanting one of these ovens for a while and this one has not disappointed. It came well packed and mainly complete; assembly was basically plugging the chimney into the holder and adding handles with a couple of other minor steps; the pizza stone itself was very well protected in the box. I'd say that assembly probably took me under half an hour.I do think it's important to highlight that this style of oven does have some limitations in use compared to "more traditional" pizza ovens. You load the fuel and burn it in a removable box at the back of the oven and the heat (and smoke) travels forward to the chimney mainly along the top of the oven and heats up the baking area that way as opposed to a traditional style where the fire heats up the base of the oven directly. It works and gets plenty hot, but I have yet to get a highly blistered crust like I've gotten from other pizza oven styles. I wasn't expecting to be impressed by the rotating stone, but it does make it easy to help manage the cooking vs needing to turn the pizza with a peel during cooking.
