The magnets do not work on thin cloth material.The white tops are not centered on the magnets.

Works just as I thought they would, now I don't have to worry about my shower curtain flying around while taking a shower. Was confused by the description when it said 12 I thought it meant six front magnets and six back magnets to connect. However they come as 12 whole magnets (if that makes sense)

I have a light-weight curtain that is is just for privacy. When the furnace/air conditioner is on while showering, the curtain sucks into the shower. These weighted magnets help keep the curtain in place. They will attract to each other, so you will have to stagger their placement if using more than 1. Otherwise you will be constantly be taking them apart from each other. I also used some in another shower that has a liner that wants to suck into the shower and grab you. Again, stagger the height of the magnets to keep them from connecting to each other when the curtain is pushed open. I am very happy with the way these worked for my intended use.
