The quality seems fine., and I like the black coating. The eyes are definitely larger than anyone really needs unless you are putting rope through them. I would prefer smaller eyes. The threads are not deep. These eye screws will work ok for guiding cable or rope, but I would never expect these to hold any significant amount of tension as I'm sure they would pull out easily. They will be acceptable for some of my uses, but not for others.
